Are you a young New Yorker (ages 18-34) who’s passionate about creating a better world? Do you want to learn how to turn that passion into real, collective action?

Join Young Invincibles NY for a weekend intensive retreat in community organizing and defending academic freedom (the right to learn)! The retreat will be held from Friday, August 28th – Sunday, August 30th. This isn’t your typical leadership program—we focus on grassroots organizing, giving you the foundational skills to mobilize communities and build collective power. You’ll learn how to recruit, engage, and sustain a network of young people, transforming your ideas into powerful movements.

And the best part? And the best part? This is an all-paid retreat.  Your lodging, transportation from NYC and back, indoor and outdoor activities, trainings, and meals are covered.

The learning doesn’t stop when the weekend ends. You’ll become part of an ongoing network of organizers and get direct access to Young Invincibles’ advocacy efforts. We’re looking for passionate young leaders across New York.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early!
