|Summer Pre-Law Pipeline Program|
|The New York Law School (NYLS) Summer Pre-Law Program is designed to provide students from underrepresented communities with a dedicated set of opportunities to explore the law and create a pathway to earn their J.D. degree at NYLS.The Summer Pre-Law Program is open to rising college juniors who study in the New York City metropolitan area, or elsewhere in New York, and participants will attend courses at NYLS for two consecutive summers. We work directly with undergraduate partner institutions to identify candidates, so we encourage you to pass along this information to interested students and those eager to pursue a career in the legal field. The program runs for four weeks the summer before students’ junior year and four weeks the summer before students’ senior year. As part of the program, NYLS also checks in with participating students throughout their junior and senior years and provides them with law school-related resources. This year’s program begins on June 5, 2023 and ends on June 29, 2023.
